Experience the thrill of thrifting

Thanks to the generosity of donors in the community, we stock new items daily.

The Samaritan Center thrift store is the financial engine that powers our social services assistance programs. We take in massive amounts of donated goods, and we sort them, prep them for sale, and keep our three shops (Thrift, Clearance, & Toys) stocked with new treasures.

Rest and relax in our lobby waiting area

The Samaritan Center is like a community hub.

Our lobby features a large, comfortable waiting area so shoppers can take a break (or accompanying parties can relax while others do the shopping).

The lobby also features a volunteer greeter station with free bottled water and blood pressure checks, a chapel where you can enjoy some quiet time in prayer, our community classroom where we offer cooking classes and other gatherings, and our Social Services Office where people in need of short-term financial assistance come for help.

Donations and furniture pickups

The Samaritan Center donation dock is where the community drops off new or gently used goods. Donating items you no longer need is a great source of giving. Instead of the hassle of selling items online, consider donating to help support Eastern Hamilton County neighbors who are experiencing difficult times.
