Recently, the Samaritan Center was able to support the community by sharing our resources with our community partner at the Maclellan Shelter for Families. Because of generous support from our donors, the Samaritan Center was able to pass on 165 new Christmas items which totaled $1562.95. Kathy Long, a case manager, picked up the gifts on behalf of the Maclellan Shelter. The items will go to help six deserving teens this Christmas season. The Samaritan Center is thankful for opportunities to expand our reach. People are better together and by connecting to the community we can create help for today and hope for tomorrow.
